If a party cannot fulfil its obligations due to events for which it is not responsible and which are beyond its control, the obligation is suspended for the duration of the disruption. Examples include natural disasters, war, pandemics, official orders, widespread power or network outages and outages at Apple or Stripe. If the disruption lasts longer than 8 weeks, either party may terminate.
