Enter your email address at app.plaans.com. You'll receive a sign-in link – the first time, your account is created automatically.
Enter an employee's name and email address. With the first device you start the subscription and enter your billing address.
Your employee receives an email with your account ID and enters it together with their email address in the Plaans settings. Done – the device now shows as “connected” in your overview.

A newly added device is charged pro rata for the rest of the current month. A removed device no longer counts from the next billing month. If you remove the last device, the subscription ends.
Unfortunately, App Store subscriptions can't be transferred. Invite your employees via the device management and then have them cancel their individual subscriptions in their Apple ID's subscription settings. The plans on the devices are kept.
You remove their device in the device management. The device then loses its license, and from the next month on you no longer pay for it. For a new colleague, simply create a new invitation.
No. The device management only knows the devices, not their contents. Plans and projects stay on each device and are shared via the share sheet as usual.
Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe. You enter your billing address and payment method when starting the subscription; you can change the billing address yourself at any time.
No, billing via VPP is not available. Plaans Enterprise replaces it: licenses run through your Plaans account instead of the App Store.
